Webinar and Fundraiser Available for Communities

The Office of the Treasurer holds a special virtual event and fundraiser, "The Promise of World Peace and Funds of the Faith.” The virtual program consists of a presentation that explores some of the key themes from recent messages of the Supreme Body followed by a Q&A and an opportunity to contribute to the various funds of the Faith. This event has been held in various areas in collaboration with Local Spiritual Assemblies, Regional Councils, and even through individual initiatives by a nucleus of friends and subsequently approved by their Local Spiritual Assembly.

We have found these events to be informative and uplifting for the friends and participants have shared that they felt a loving connection with their National Spiritual Assembly. So far, these gatherings have resulted in the friends contributing over $2.6M to various funds of the Faith, including local and regional funds. However, perhaps the most gratifying result has been an increase in the level of universal participation and the direct relationship of the friends with the various funds of the Faith, especially those funds that the privilege of supporting has been granted by the Universal House of Justice to the community of the Greatest Name in United States of America.

If you would like to hold a virtual “The Promise of World Peace” event for your locality, contact the Treasurers Office at 847-733-3479 or bahaitreasurersoffice (at)
